The Rainforest - our June 2022 Bold Style

This month’s bold socks are a bright and colorful rainforest inspired design! I’m often drawn to deep green tropical plants with such beautiful shapes – which you can definitely sense by my forever growing houseplant collection.

I love the interesting foliage, rich colors, and geometric patterns found in the flora and fauna of tropical environments.The rainforest is home to so many beautiful creatures! Brightly colored birds, unique plants and flowers, vibrant snakes, and unusual bugs and beetles – all of which I aimed to capture in this design.

I hope these wild socks bring some color and energy to your day as we welcome the beginning of summer!

The Story About Our June 2022 Socks:

It’s no secret that most of us at Sock Club are lovers of nature. Our office is filled with plants and our weekends are spent taking walks with our dogs, paddle boarding along the river, soaking up the sun by a pool, or hiking new spots around Texas. We deeply value how restorative nature is after working hard during the week.

This month's socks are inspired by just that — our love for getting outside and going on adventures. June is the ideal summer month (in our personal opinion) as it’s not quite scorching and we get those pleasant morning and evening cool temperatures. Whether we go camping at Big Bend on the weekends or swim in the crisp water of Barton Springs, the June sun is begging for our attention and we are happy to give it.

We challenge you to check out a new hiking spot this weekend or take a dip in the closest body of water, whether that be a lake, creek, or even ocean. There’s no telling what kind of hidden gems you can find under the June sun!
